Each outing will be conducted by at least one volunteer wagon-master who will be responsible for the following.

1. Announce rally information by mailing.

2. Follow-up, after the camp-out, wrap-up by, Newsletter.

3. Campground reservations ( if required ) and follow up with group info.

4. Campground Telephone numbers on the information sheet to all attendees.

5. Morning coffee.

6. Meal planning. (Restaurant, Pot Luck, Breakfast)

7. Activities, Optional ( sightseeing, entertainment, tours, etc. )

All expenses incurred by the wagon-masters for postage, campground telephone contact, shall be reimbursed by WCW , if above $50.00 the membership shall have to vote on it. Any expenses incurred through cancellation of reservations shall be borne by the individual canceling.
